Hi,

I'm looking at buying some drum loops and I have to make a choice on the format I want to purchase.

The choice is:

Stylus RMX, WAV, REX2 & AIFF

I don't have stylus and I'm on PC.

I know I can use Wav of course, but that means I won't get the easy time stretching features.

Can I easily work with Rex2 files in sonar X2. Is it is good choice? or should I just use wav files?

Cheers,

Vinny

Yes, SONAR supports REX2. If you look in SONAR's Browser (under the Media tab), double-click the Loops folder and you'll notice a large collection of .rx2 (REX2) files. You can drag and drop these directly into the Track view or you can use them in the RXP soft synth.
