hi
 
i have an issue ever since i switched computers, and intalled x2 on a windows 7 machine.
 
when i try to load a project that has a Pentagon track on it, i am told "failed to load synth"
 
another thread indicated that i should try running sonar as an adminstrator.
 
i tried this, and Pentagon loaded ok. however, the next time i load x2 in normal mode, i got the same failed to load error.
 
am i supposed to 'do' something when i am logged in as administrator?

You need to always run Sonar as administrator. To make that easier you can set up your shortcut to run in administrator mode (right click on the icon and launch properties, then set it on the compatibility tab.)
 
Some plugings need to be run as administrator once (ie D16 groups stuff), others always require Sonar to be run as Admin.

ughh.

some of my plugins do not seem to be working when in Adminstrator mode.

(Omnisphere, for example).

Is this a 32 bit / 64 bit issue?
