  • Rock Legends Kit 3 not showing up in Session Drummer Program Browser

Okay, I installed the Session Drummer 3 version and, although I can get to it in Session Drummer by clicking PROG > Load Program, when I click on New Program and the Program Browser pops up, it's not there under Acoustic (or any of the other options) even though that's the folder it installed to. I've closed and reopened Session Drummer, I've closed and restarted Sonar, I've rebooted the computer - still it doesn't show up. I've got the Jim Scott kit installed to the same folder and that shows up. Not sure what I need to do to get Session Drummer to see it. Any thoughts?

Have you tried hitting the F5 key in the program browser. Session Drummer 3 works like DimPro, Rapture and the other CW sfz based synths WRT browser update. Some installers take care of updating the browser automatically by deleting the program.lst in the program directory.

That worked. Thanks, scook!

It's in a big yellow box in the manual to hit the F5 key ;)

I could not remember if I hit F5 or not after installing the drum kit yesterday, it is so automatic. Anyway, great to hear that was the fix.

Hmm, getting 500 Server Error when I click the link in the RTF document. Or the one in your sig, for that matter.

Edit - Never mind - just spotted your earlier posts about your hosting troubles - I'll try again tomorrow . . . :-)
