Hi folks, I want to learn more about Cakewalk's Perfect Space reverb. Is there a help manual or user guide for that reverb tool? I tried to print out the help files inside Sonar, but nothing printed and no indication that the printer even was started. Is there a good source available to learn how to use Perfect Space? Thanks. :-)

You can the Perfect Space help by clicking the Info button at the top of the window and then clicking the Help button inside the dialog box that appears.

Perfect Space (and all other Cakewalk fx) is also covered in my SONAR Power! books...

Hi Scott, thanks for the help. But how can I get the Help pages to print? When I click on "Print" nothing happens.

Could it be that the print dialog was hidden behind something? It is possible to open the Perfect Space help file without opening SONAR. Navigate to the plugin location, for 64bit SONAR "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Perfect Space", open the help file PerfectSpace.chm and try printing from there.

MickyD... one thing to remember is that Perfect Space is a "read ahead" effect.  This means that it may add some latency if you use it during tracking.  It is better to use one of Cakewalk's reverbs and swap out for Perfect Space in the mixing stage.

+1 for Scott's book.  If you need help with Perfect Space I'm betting there is a lot of other stuff Scott's book will help you with.... some you might not even know about until you read through it.  As I've said before, SONAR's help files are great if you know what you're looking for.  When I read through Scott's book, I found things I didn't even know existed.

if you like the impulse responses in ps i would highly recommend either upgrading to x64 pristine space or using the irs in something like kontakt or gr5.

Is there are 64bit version of Voxengo Pristine Space? I picked up MeldaProduction MMultiBandConvolution http://www.meldaproductio...=MMultiBandConvolution when it was on 50% sale last month because I was tired of waiting on Voxengo. There is also LiquidSonics Reverberate http://www.liquidsonics.c..oftware_reverberate.htm Although I mostly use Valhalla reverbs instead of convolution.
