Feel like a dummy but my redemption code does not seem to work. Is there a certain procedure all you successful people have been using? I just get "Coupon code does not exist" on checkout, then it wants money http://forum.cakewalk.com...e/image/mIcons/m12.gif Thanks in advance

There's a "Post New Thread" button at the top left of the forum page,
just under "Welcome Paea !"

And welcome to the forum :-)

I hate to be the only dummy out here, but what do I do now?  I downloaded and ran the exe and registered my player but can't figure out how to play it.

Thanks,
JD

jdown, do you see it and don't know what to do, or can you not find it ?

You have to send it midi either with a keyboard or, just to try it out, using the Piano Roll View once it's inserted

Hey Paul,

I found it now.  It was under my VST plugins.  I was just looking at insert synth and didn't look in the VST folder.
Thanks,
JD

jdown, Glad you found it. The player also shows up in the Insert Soft Synth list in the main menu
and the Instrument list in the browser on my system.

Good thing for everybody.... AAS and SONAR seem a really good fit.  Nice libraries. And including the "Swatches" sample pack with the freebie is a great idea... I'm already thinking about buying at least two more...

Thanks, Cake. Thanks AAS (I think you made a wise choice teaming up with Cake :-)

Question, I was really happy and impressed that Sonar was going to do this content club and it is still cool I guess, but I can't help but wonder... Are you guys going to release and new plug ins, or tools under this program that are used with audio? (rather than midi synths) I record conventional performances (drums, bass, guitars, vocals, horns etc.) and I know there are many others on here who do the same and honestly, I could care less for and have no desire to get another sound bank of patches, banks, loops, or synths that I will never use. A nod to the hard rock recording crowd would be nice once in a while! Thanks guys.
