I would agree with Tom on this it has a jazzy edge to the vibe which is nice.  Got the furry head bobbing along and it can't be bad it has EP which is always a good thing.

That's what i was thinking too. new age jazz but I never know when I'm done sometimes.
 
Love that EP too. Can't get deny my roots. 
 
Did I get the bass line locked in? I think that SI-Muted Bass had a bit of an echo or a lag ... 

I thought of late '80's "Lights Out" jazz - it's pretty cool!
 
In listening, I first was diggin' the hard-panned alternating guiro (I think that's what it's called) - then it got more annoying, then I really wished it would leave. And then, it did. And then it came back. I was listening to it on headphones, so it might be better presented on speakers. Just a thought.
 
I really liked all of the other elements, and you have a lot of them! I'd vote for less guiro.

Thanks Tom, Yeah I liked that too, but I don't always know when too much of a cool sound is too much Sometimes I find 8 bars will do it and then it doesn't need to carry throughout.
 
Its almost like the listener gets it and then it can go away and it will still be in their memory and it will stay there for them even if its not coming from the recording anymore. 
 
So thanks for that. That'a why I like putting these up. I need to real critiques by the people who are in it too.
