Hi I was just wondering. I am about to reinstall my computer. Windows 10 64 bit. Over the years with different recommendations for how to setup Windows 4 audio recording. The ones I've found now online seem rather old and not meant for Windows 10. Do Anyone of you know about a more recent guide? What I am looking for a suggestion about things to disable fine tune ETC

With today's hardware it's really not necessary. Just disable what you wouldn't use.

The only things in the OS you may want to tweak are the audio devices that you use, WiFi and power management for the hard drive(s) and USB ports. You don't want the USB ports or drives to power down by themselves and I personally never let the machine sleep or hibernate.

Jim just mentioned 3 weeks ago that they still tweak win10 but did not share any details ... and since he is selling DAWs & DAW setup consulting for a living I would not expect him to share any trade secrets ...

but there is the updated black viper optimization guide that you can google, look through, and apply at your own risk ... but it comes down to pretty much what kitekrazy1 said: disable what you do not need

Focusrite´s guides are useful: https://support.focusrite.com/hc/en-gb/articles/207355205-Optimising-your-PC-for-Audio-on-Windows-10
Basically it´s what the guys above already said: disable anything you don´t need

Also I use DWS to stop the annoying automatic Win-updates, the latest Win10-update turned on a lot of stuff I had turned off & caused stutters in Sonar (& ache in my head ).
I haven´t used it to remove anything since some of the apps (like Defender if you´re hooked up to the web) might be useful: http://dws.wzor.net/

I´ve also found Tweakhound´s guides useful over the years: https://tweakhound.com/tweakhounds-tweak-guides/

Defender uses very little resources and you can alter where it scans.   I always think you are asking for trouble deleting something built in an OS.
