I just assume - they ... whoever "they" are - if they really wanted to - can track me or anyone from sun up until sun down and probably print out a very accurate schedule of what you been doing all day every day
I think they have all the data and not enough people to really surveillance it in real time - but enough to piece together if you were involved in some sort of an "Event" that "They" thought was an threat .. to "Them"
