Hi - has anyone else seen this?

I use Step Sequencer all the time for drum tracks and some keyboard tracks as well, and I usually delete all rows except one, then change the note number to the bottom value needed for the clip and insert a bunch of rows.  This USED to add rows above the selected row, and each row appearing above would increment the note number by one, so if the the lowest note was 61, the inserted row above would be note number 62, etc.

I just discovered that when I do the above, which I have done countless times in the past, now the rows inserted above are DECREMENTED instead of incremented, so that the new row above note number 61 is now inserted with a note number of 60.

This is quite bizarre, and I do not know when this behavioral change occurred.

I opened up older projects where for sure I had done the same technique (I have even posted on this several times in the forum), sure enough they are all ordered as I was expecting, with each row above being one note number higher than the one below.

Soooooo, did I hit some errant shortcut key that has changed the default behavior of this, or has the Step Sequencer behavior changed with X2a?

It's quite a bummer, because I am so used to inserting rows this way to quickly generate a set of rows for the range of notes I am working with for a given clip.

I just tried again, and one time I deleted all rows but one and it inserted duplicate rows - rows with the same note number, which is not right, so I closed SS and did it a gain, and it worked properly the 2nd time.

I have no idea what it is doing, but it seems to be behaving now - quite the weirdness, though.
