If they are VST or ?? plug ins Sonar can use them. You'll have to copy the dll to your shared plug in folder or have Sonar browse to the folder which will probably be in your Programs/Finale/plug ins folder.

Have you tried all the Sonar synths yet?
The TTS-1 is probably the easiest to start with.
NEVER use the MS wavetable.. terrible.

I got it working. I just had to point it to the correct MIDI synth (using the Microsoft or SONAR ones) Edit --> Preferences --> MIDI Question, is there any way I can get SONAR to recognize and use the Finale (Garritan) MIDI instruments? Those are way better, quality wise. -R

Put a copy of Garritan's ARIA player your VST plugins folder, scan for it, and then load it like any other plugin.  I haven't really tested it thoroughly, but do know it will play.

I'll try those out, and see if I can get some better sounds. Will check back if I have problems.
