Found this one on Facebook. Thought it might be interesting.

Thanks Cowboy!! Although I already have Midi Guitar and happy with it, I'd like to see how this holds up in responsiveness/pitch bends/vibrato etc...the video looked promising. They are working on polyphony......much needed indeed.

Nice that it's currently free (for the beta testing ).

Soundwise
Looks interesting, but I couldn't get it to work properly in Sonar.

Does it work in standalone well or at all in standalone?

Thanks Larry.....I'll give it a test tonight in Sonar.

On a separate note, have you had any issues with the drivers (dropping out etc...) on your 2i4?
(I'm thinking it might be coz mine's plugged into a USB3 instead of USB2).

You have to be careful when downloading the drivers...there are 2 separate ones...
One is for USB 3 and one is for USB 2....if you use the wrong one it won't function
properly...

I didn't see a driver for USB3 (just a separate driver for the 2nd generation 2i4), but they did have this fix for the 1st Gen.:

USB2.0 Driver – Win(2.5.1)
Fixes:
  • Fixes the cause of some blue screens when connecting to/disconnecting from USB 3.0 ports on certain systems

Anyway, thanks Lar and sorry everyone for the slight derail.

Now back to your local program....Migic for Music Magic.

If you click on More Details it give you this...

AMD SYSTEM USERS
If you're using an AMD system you should connect your Scarlett Solo to a USB 3.0 port after downloading and installing the driver.
If you don't have any USB 3.0 ports available on your AMD system, please download and install this driver instead before connecting your Scarlett Solo to a USB 2.0 port.

But you're on Intel...so shouldn't affect you...
