Where can I find a MKII template for SONAR?

For some unknown reason, only two of the knobs are recognized when editing the controller properties. No buttons seem to be assignable either. After extensive searching I can't find anything relating to this problem. Everyone says these two work great together.

If anyone has a working template I could try that would be great!
