Hi chuckebaby...  i was actually having a good laugh over the Apple issues... and still am while replying. it was good fun taking a dig at Apple. 


no doubt its clear i "dislike" the company and all they stand for, however objectively i think its their followers that made the biggest contributions... 


i'll share some last digs and will call it a day...  their so called "toilet seat" laptops; their followers, seriously, each and everyone of them attributes that to design?????...  ; also their single button mice, are they meant for the "Power Puff Girls" as they have no fingers...????? 


here, we are all talking about efficiency and single movement actions but over in fruit-land, they need two hands just to do a right-mouse click action...??? something has to said about their designers eh...

I would have had a reply to a few of these (obviously ;) - but every few days the forum software goes brain dead and I can't post except w/ FF - which won't allow line breaks... And today is one of these days it seems. So, if you want something that SUX, you don't have to go far - you've got the suckiest/buggiest thing on the web since MySpace right under your eyes... No small feat.

Lets make short ones. @ Backwood: I've spent the last two years on the road w/ one of the biggest entertainment company in the world and I can tell you this - Logic is doing just fine. No one said it was an adequate Post tool though. But that's like bashing a car because it won't fly or float.

@ Keys - same. I've spent the last two years on the road w/ one of the biggest entertainment company in the world bla bla bla, have seen quite a few recording studios, stage productions and such and I can tell you this - Mac is doing just fine. No PC anywhere, yet. And pros/musicians usually don't care much for computer talk - it's all about what the computer let them do. Obviously, if you decide to hang out among superficial idiots, you'll hear nothing but stupid things - about Apple and all the rest. I don't get why you'd waste your time hating Apple when you don't actually use it and when it doesn't change anything to the fact that it is still, by far, the de facto standard in the industry. You can say SUX til you're blue in the face, the actual number of productions done using Apple hardware annihilate any arguments you may have. So don't grow a tumor over it, man. No one said you had to use it.
