Swar plug is very good though more Indian than middle eastern but quite an eclectic mix but it's still 32 bit only.

Swarshala  is 64 bit and very nice but again, not really middle Eastern

I have a track called,  Shornokhar on my soundcloaud page which uses swarplug.

Garritan World Instruments would be another reasonably priced option.

Have a look at Volko Alaturka Drums: http://www.volkoaudio.com/ It has a lot of patterns, fills, and styles. You can drag the patterns right into Sonar. Lots of fun, too!
