Great song that's performed and mixed just right. What I really like is the vocals, I think you've nailed them and they suit the song perfectly.

Thanks Wayne. Yep, love Tim's vocal on this, he really shines.

Very nice production, and captivating tune. About six bars in, I had to grab my guitar and play along.
Wonderful stuff.

Thanks Bob! It's cool when you just have to jam along, I do that quite often.

Very nice track. I could see an entire album made in this style. Great vocal and production. Really james, top marks for this one...the acoustic stuff sounds excellent and it's just a well written song.

Clint, thanks very much, that made my day, and I passed your comments on to Tim.

We're 3 songs into an album for 2015, which will be loosely in this style - that is, folk oriented, a blend of English and Americana, with emphasis on the vocals and minimal instrumentation. Trouble is, we live 500 miles apart, so we have to work fast when we get together Next session scheduled for mid Feb.

He needs to get Sonar and dropbox...then you could work whenever you wanted.

We do collaborate remotely, have done for years, but it works best when we're in the same room together, bouncing ideas back and forth.

Not feeling that tremolo guitar after ain't going home. I would have brought it a little harder there, and bled it in throughout with a big ending. But I guess everyone's a producer. Tim sounds good as usual.

Thanks Robby. Someone else suggested a big ending. That's the beauty of DAWs, anything can be tried later.
