I have a job! A pretty decent one too! Fair starting wage (hourly since I'm still an IT Consultant) but with profit sharing. Plus it's anticipated to be 70% remote so I can continue to work from home most of the time (and, hopefully soon, be able to upgrade my living arrangements a bit!).
I'm getting my own company email along with instructions on how to access the infrastructure tomorrow. I'm guessing it will feel more real then. But after 13 months of trying to find extra income, I'm ready to break into a happy dance!
