I generally zoom in real deep, and just use the scissors on the tools.. but I would like to just INSERT CUT AT say 17:01:000

I do this when I'm comping vocals.. for any super-nubes I insert cuts at a timeline convenient in/out (like 17:01:000 or 54:01:000 point before and after the wave form, this makes it easy to paste in another track)
