I see Amazon is charging 31.49 & free shipping. Sounds reasonable. But they have links to sellers asking as much as 155.08 & 3.99 shipping (Murray Media). 

I assume that is for the signed first edition on velum in the hammered gold binding? Either that or Murray must be one heck of a salesman.

Hey David... LOL! I wish there was an edition like that available. It would be very cool. Seriously though, I mentioned this in another thread... every retailer is independent and they can pretty much charge whatever they want for the book. I doubt very much it will sell at that price, but there's nothing stopping them from trying. I write the book, the publisher publishes the book, and the retailers sell it. The publisher can set the List price, but that's pretty much it. After that it's up to the retailer to sell for whatever they see fit. That's why you see so many different prices for the same item a lot of times, and you have to shop around for the best price.
