with X2 . i saw a demo song, which is really good. and sound really good.
but when i noticed it was just the "mixdown" track only was playing (solo),
i muted it to listen to all the project. but the sound was ****.
i tried to understand what happened between the project and the mixdown sound transformation but i found nothing.
they made a masterisation in a real studio?
maybe thats why its called "demo". we have only the demo version. but the final mix, who look to be the "mixdown" track. how they made that sound so perfect?

The soloed track has Boost 11 on it as well as the LP 64 Multiband. Those are not part of the mix as such.

Because Boost 11 is being used its louder too this can give the illusion of better sound when you hear it played softer. Adjust the over all volume and see if there is that much difference. I would look at how the multiband is set up too.

One way to see what is really going on is to bypass the FX in the PC for that track.

ok im watching. but for now i noticed the lead vocal track, the vvocal effect "green tracks"  i think i doesnt work good because, at those green places, i cant barely hear the girl singing.
maybe i dont have the good version of v-vocal? but i tried to check whats my version. and i couldnt find.
i think i didnt install fx's with x2.  because i thought it would be in conflict with 8.5 already installed.

is there a way to just install those fx? without reinstall all x2?

Yes you can install the FX without having to install the entire thing. Just deselest the things you do not want to install.

also . i noticed per exemple, in mixdown track, prochan, i see the LP-64 and boost11_64. but when i try to add them. these's no way.
on the + add module i have only
breverb2,
consol emulator bus
consol emulator channel
PC4K S-type bus compressor
PC76
Saturation knob
Tube Saturation

is it normal?

and if i install those prochan fx. will they be in conflict with my others same fx i already have? or it will dublicate those fx?

X2 now allows VSTs in the PC.

FX Chain module
The FX Chain module allows you to use FX Chains (see “Effects chains” on page 882) and individual
audio effects within the ProChannel signal flow. The FX Chain module can be used as an effects bin
that can be inserted between other ProChannel modules.
An FX Chain is a container that can include multiple audio plug-ins. Assignable knobs and buttons
can control automatable plug-in parameters in the FX Chain. An FX Chain preset can store up to six
assignable knobs and six assignable buttons.
