Since Cakewalk got itself a new head chef it's hard to know who the bakers are now.
There may not be enough bakers left around to have the time to hang out in the forum.
I hope it's because they are all hard at work making sure that we have a great X2b to install soon. But it is true that some of the most frequent visitors from the kitchen are indeed gone and will not be heard from again.

Noel was on a thread just yesterday. That tells me there's a release just around the corner.

I heard the New Roland Bean-Counters have them Tied up in the Basement to "Increase Productivity"...

Hi, Andrew. I'm sure you guys are getting sick of seeing this question but is an X2b patch coming? The reason I ask is I've been holding off installing the A patch because I've been doing other stuff and because 308 is functioning well enough for the minimal tinkering I am doing. I FINALLY have a back up drive so I'm contemplating installing the A patch now that I can make a proper system image beforehand but if B is imminent I'll wait.

Hi, Bob. I'm just not really doing much recording right now but am about to do some general cleanup/maintenance on the system. Knowing my luck I'd install the a patch then b will get released. lol Just trying to save some time if possible. Cheers.
