Sounds pretty good here. I really like what you've done with it arrangement and playing-wise. Nice thick and heavy mix but still balanced, very well suited for the style. And yeah, the guitar solo is very good.

this is monster for sure....

who did the kit work and what did you use?

also kinda missed having a fat bass-line with a beast like this..but its still an A++ production

Thanks everyone for the feedback, I really appreciate it. Thepogue, I wrote and recorded everything except the guitar solo. For the drums I used the mics and cymbals from Metal Foundry, the snare and kick are blended samples of custom samples I have.

No knowledge of the original so can not compare the mix worked here though I personally felt it sounded a little squished.
