Really well done and a very enjoyable listen.  I like all the different themes and effects throughout and the mix is really solid.
 
Just a personal preference, I might add a little delay to the lead guitar that comes in at :23 and goes through around 1:33.  It is fine as is but it would some more majesty and depth to that opening bit.

I'll admit, I never considered putting a delay on that part - I'm thinking I'd have to be really careful with the tremolo going on too...

That was really nice, John.   Great laid back feel, nice arrangement and tones throughout.   Mix is clear and punchy.  I like the cool FX you've added to "breakdown" section, and solo part coming out of it has some great changes.
