Just thought of this... Even if you hate publicity, contact the local news stations with the story.  It will get airtime and someone could see it and know who stole the stuff.

The only plus side is that at least it's all replaceable (except those projects).
 
If I can over some 20/20 hindsight advice. Look into CrashPlan or some similar cloud backup (for at least your projects/mixes).
