How do I contact Toontracks Support. I've been trying to install and run EZ Player Pro but after Installing and registering I can't find it on my system.

Do you have Toontrack Solo Installed?
 
If not, you'll need to install that, and then open Solo and then,
under the "View" menu, you will see "Ezplayer"

I installed it but it doesn't appear in Solo. It says the path is not set

That's odd...

Maybe try uninstalling then reinstalling.  Something may have "gone amiss" in the process

It shows it was installed but search or any other thing I've tried can't find it. I guess I'll start over again

OK i reinstalled everything and now I see it! Something didn't set up right on the first 2 downloads. I got 64 and 32 bit versions. That took a while so I need a break! I think I have everything now!
