I would save them on a thumb drive or back them up somewhere.
Its always nice to be able to roll back to a previous version if needed.
But yes, you can remove them all if you want. those are the installers only. After Sonar is installed, those installers are no longer needed.
You only need the latest installer to install the latest update.
