Can someone confirm this is a bug? If I select all clips in a track by clicking on the track number, I can successfully nudge all of those clips to the right simultaneously. But I cannot nudge them to the left. Nothing happens. However, If I select all of the tracks by shift-clicking from the first to the last, I can successfully nudge them left. 

Yes, unfortunately, when you click a track number it selects the entire timeline even if there's space between the beginning of the track and the first clip. Take a look at the Time Ruler and you'll see what I mean.

To get around this, after you click the track number, Shift+click in the Time Ruler to shorten the beginning of the timeline selection. After that, you can nudge the clips in the selected track.

Aha! That makes sense, thanks. I had thought it was just selecting all the clips.
