Every so often during key strokes, the levels drop on several tracks. WTF? Lol
I find various settings changed.
Next time I'll study it closer, but so far I just adjust several things getting it back to previous levels and I'm not sure exactly what happened when.
After the fact, I suspect I'm hitting some hot key by accident.
Is there one for turning off PC or other FX?

Well, the 'E' key bypasses effects.

You might want to review the list of shortcut keys in the documentation.  I too have fat fingers, and am terrified of not knowing I have initiated a nuclear war through some errant keystroke.

It might be worth unbinding all the shortcuts we don't use.

Preferences->Customisation->Keyboard Shortcuts

E will be useful, but at least now i know what to look for.

Glad it was that simple.

I thought about disabling shortcuts that I don't want to use, but just never get around to it.  Maybe I will do something drastic enough someday to actually get myself in gear to do that.

With"E" being right next to "R", I have hit it repeatedly when recording.  First time it took me ages to track down what had happened.

Amazing, I learn so much from these posts.  I just had this occur to me yesterday and had no idea what happend. 'E' next to 'R', that was the culprit.
