Sonar X1 LE I need help converting project into media file / separate file

How do i turn a complete Cakewalk project into a media file? or somehow get the project to a separate program (Windows Media Player for instance).

Mute the tracks you don't want.
CTRL-A to select all tracks
File - Export - Audio select WAV file.
