I am having trouble getting a project - now time marker to stop at the end. I believe this may be due to there still being some envelope nodes out to the right beyond that last clip - but I am not always finding them. Sometimes I see some faint envelopes that I cannot match to anything. Is there some other trick way to get the song / now time to stop at the end. thanks

Press Ctrl +End. That will take you to the last event in the project.

If it is a faint envelope and node that you see - shift click on it. That will change the edit filter to that envelope and you can delete the node (assuming you don't want it of course). Repeating the ctrl end will take you to the new "end of project" which might not be where you think it is.

Also check the "Event List" view for stray MIDI events.

The setting for stopping at the end of a project is in the Track View------>Options menu.
