Within X2 Producer, you can use V-Vocal.
Another option in X2 is to click on Process-Transpose (and check Audio)
- select Radius Mix for whole key transposition (works for whole key jump)
- Radius Mix Advance (can't figure out how to use this one yet)
For me, I normally do it in Audacity
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ There is an option in Audacity to change pitch without changing the tempo, and you can specify the number of keys (up/down) or the percentage for less than 1 key change.
