I'm cooking Corned Beef with Cabbage and Potatoes tomorrow for the first time. I usually go out and get it, but I'm going DIY! And I have some good Sam Adams Lager to wash it down. Oh Danny Boy....

Ever since my daughter started Irish dance, I have found a new appreciation for the day.

Her dance school goes pub crawling (no drinking) all day and dance for all kinds of audiences. It is a great time!
