  • Is there a way to have two different audio devices at a time? (p.2)

dont forget that the sample rate clocks in differing devices need to be synchronised so its not just a matter of using WDM/KS driver mode, setup 2 devices and everything will be fine.
at the very least you need to connect a spdif output of one device to the spdif input of the other to get some synchronisation of internal clocks.
Otherwise you will experience sample rate drift between 2 un-synchronised devices.

ASIO4ALL is intended for hosts that only support ASIO. There is no need for ASIO4ALL when using SONAR because it supports driver modes other than ASIO.

I see it the other way. ASIO4ALL is  for  interfaces and mobo soundcards which don't support ASIO (or which don't have native ASIO drivers). Being a WDM wrapper ASIO4ALL often offers better performance than WDM especially with integrated soundcards.
