When I compose a track I record lots of short MIDI clips and move them around, by linking them if necessary, before finally merging them into a single clip.
Before I do the merge, I want to make sure all the clips on the track are at the correct positions, normally at the exact start of the bar.
This would be easy if there was a list of clips (just like Event List) or a shortcut key to move to the next clip.

Is there a better way than just clicking the clips one by one and checking their positions in the Inspector?

Thanks, I always do that. What I want to do now is check whether I did it correctly (because I have many really short clips and I sometimes unconsciously drag the second half of a clip when moving it, which will snap the clip END to the grid). 

If they all line up with measures you could turn on grid lines. That will provide a visual clue at a glance but of course if you are exactly a set number of measures out that won't work.

TV Menu--->View---->Display---->Vertical Gridlines

I'm not sure if this will get you exactly what you want, but, you could lasso-select all of the clips and then look at the Select module in the Control Bar to see their combined From: To: values.   If the clips start and end around the same time, any anomalies should display here.

Then just listen you your tracks/clips and if it sounds in time, your good. I don't know what your going for, but it it sounds good, then don't "F" with it.   If one of the clips sound out of time, then move it.
