How many hard drives in your computer? Having too many for your power supply can cause corrupted data. 

Are you using a RAID configuration? Wondering what the shadow copy is about.. 

I would do the following: 

Run a full virus scan
Run a disk scan on the c: drive
Get CCleaner and run the registry cleaner. Be sure to backup the registry before doing so. I think CCleaner has that option. 
Re-install Sonar

I hope you've posted your problems on other forums, you need to talk to people who understand this stuff. 
I have limited experiences with servers. First, they use special versions of Windows.  
Then things like drivers are not written for that version of windows. . Even the memory modules are special inside a server. They are not set up to be used as a client. 
 You really need to post on the computer forum or a web site dedicated to weird computer issues.
