Thanks for listening Steve.  Sounds like we may have found the harsh frequencies, then.  Basically, Reece spotted them and then I just applied a deep notch filter.  Seems to have worked well.

Good job everyone. The mix sounds good. I would arrange the 1st verse like the second and add harmonies in the chorus. Nice solo. I suggest the first verse be sung with less power and more air - more intimate. Good chorus that is easy to remember.

I like the guitars and the vocals. And having lettered in Choir, I appreciate harmonies... I may bring the drums up just a weence, but I'm listening on my laptop, so it's difficult to make mix critiques. This is my favorite LV by the pastor. Really good job by all involved. IMO, the LV and the BGV make the song, along with the message. Merry Christmas to you and to yours.

Rimshot - Thanks for the feedback. I completely agree with you. In retrospect, I should have done what you suggested. I might even go back and redo that part. I appreciate your comment on the chorus. That had to be reworked a couple of times, so it is gratifying that it seems to work.
