Well...I for the life of me cannot get my APRO 800 to trigger SI or SD3...either I am a moron and cannot follow directions or I just don't understand...is there a setting in my APRO that needs to be changed? It plays piano and DIM Pro, Rapture, etc...but not drums...I'll take any other advice...I went through the last thread and tried to work through everything said there....still no go.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious...

If you're using Session Drummer 3, you have to load a program before it will make any sound. The sounds are mapped across most of the keyboard.

As for SI Drums, it has a limited range so you have to use notes from C0 to C3.

Frosty, did you watch that video in my sig i was telling to check out?
its the same thing, just use your keyboard in this example instead of the drum machine  :)

youve gone to preferences and set up the A-Pro,correct?
you have it checked off ?

keep in mind also that not the whole keyboard are the drums, only a certain section, try using the octave up/down arrows, try all keys.
the A-pro also might be in some setting where its locked in an upper octave, thats why i say,use the up/down arrows to range the octaves.

if it gets real bad, message me and tell me where you live,if the phone bills is within reason i can call you and walk you through it.

keep in mind frosty, something a lot of users do is forget the "input echo button"(okay,so im the "a lot of users")
without this button engaged, you'll hear nada bro.

Another thing to check is the channel. Some drum machines/synths will only respond to channel 10.

Assuming not much has changed since the PCR you can either change the pads to transmit on that channel or change the keyboard globally. It's one of the buttons in combo with the rotary on the  PCR, probably similar on the A-PRO
