I see in the Audio Sync and Caching window, I can Enable/Disable Read and Write Caching.
What's the story there? Should I Enable, or shouldn't I?

Thanks.....

Ooops - I actually did some reading, and found out what this was.
Here's the deal - I have a 32GB SSD that I have (completely) allocated to Windows Virtual Memory.
(Plus, I have 16GB 1600 MHz RAM, Windows 7 x64 Ultimate)
NOW should I enable or disable....??

AFAIK, these setting relate to older hard drive configurations. Your RAM and Virtual RAM choices have no bearing on these parameters. Unless you meet the criteria detailed here http://www.cakewalk.com/D...rmance.15.html#1135758 stay with the default settings

I'm curious as to why you do this ? Are you filling up your 16gb of ram and then overflowing into the ssd ? Not impossible I suppose if you load a lot of stuff.

If you don't fill up your ram, I don't think you'd ever use the SSD.
