Thanks Danny! Dl'd and put on my DAW computer for future reference! I'm actually going to be doing some live drum recording in the near future and this will come in really handy.

Great stuff, Danny.  If you have any other vids you might want to share, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks again!  BTW, love your style!

Thanks guys! I'll look at some of my stuff and see what else I can share sometime over the weekend. Most of these will be older and probably really rough, but I think you'll still enjoy them. I'll see what I got and post them up. :)

Ya mentioned making a mixing rock series downstairs. I'd be all over that from your perspective. In fact that would be worth forking over cash for. Personally though I prefer text volumes as opposed to vids for that type of thing. I just end up typing everything up anyway.

That's where we do a custom vid Beeps on something YOU have done to one of your mixes so you see how to fix it as well as some techniques along the way. :) Since you did that theory work for me, I'd give you a slamming deal on something like that if you ever decided to. Something to think about. It's better that way because everyone's views on rock/metal are different. I've heard Led Zep called metal when you know they definitely aren't, yet I can understand how some might say that.

So a rock vid has lots of variables. It's best to make the perfect rock/metal vid for someone, and that's where the custom vid can be so helpful. It either deals with your actual project, or I can load up one of mine and use it as a test subject. The problem with using mine, they are recorded properly....so there's usually no surgery needed. But we can borrow the techniques used on them if there was anything you specifically needed to learn. Something for us to discuss a bit more. Send me an email with a few possibilities and I'll see what we can work out. I'll make ya an offer you won't refuse. :)

Oh yeah, buddy. I got some plans that involve your mad skillz... once I'm ready though. I've still got a mountain of resources to plow through at the moment so I'm gonna keep my head down and nose to the grindstone with all that until I hit a knowledge ceiling. I'm still interested in maybe getting you do do some drum stuff for me though. I'm getting pretty good at programming drum parts but the idea of not having a live drummer on certain stuff still bugs me and you've proven your talent in that department. I'm just ticked off I can't play the darned things anymore. I was getting pretty good for a while there. Alas I'd just crumble into a pile of dust if I tried to play what I've got planned.

But yeah, man. I'm glad we met on here. One way or another we'll get something happening. Cheers.

Mike: Thanks!

Beeps: Sounds like a plan. I too am glad we met on here. :)

Bobby: Thank you, and you're welcome. :)

Everyone else: I went through a few old vids. Some really bad quality...so I may update them. I got a pretty cool Transient Shaper vid that might be of some use to you guys. Not many know what/how to use that gem of a plug and how many different things you can use it on. So it may be pretty cool for you guys to check out. I'll have it up sometime today/tonight and am still looking through my other vids. :)

Again, thanks for the kind words and your interest in this stuff.

Very cool Danziman - never really bothered with audiosnap, so nice to actually see it in action - does this apply to older versions too or just the latest x2 incarnation ? Either way, always interesting  to learn something new. One of your older vids was actually the reason I decided to join these forums in the first place, so don't ever stop being you - to be honest I would rather watch this type of thing than the SWA ones I have - now there's a voice that could drive you nuts  !

Keep 'em coming fella - us fools need all the help we can get.
