If you're willing to install a codec pack, Sonar will be able to import just about anything. I use K-Lite and it works great (64-bit too if you need it). Sonar will even import MP4 with no problem using that.

It has an option to convert a video and audio. it's also a nice variety of conversion options for other purposes - such as making a small file - large and clear - I found this to be a valuable tool in my collection - especially since I tend to use files from a variety of sources in a variety of formats.
