I created a bunch of masterpieces (in my mind) in Sonar Producer 7 using ONLY the stock synth sounds (RXP, Roland Groovesynth, etc) and X2 says it doesn't have them.  Is there a way to import these old synth sounds into X2?  I didn't freeze them or make them audio tracks so they are still midi.  Thanks dudes.

If you have the Sonar 7 disks you can run a custom install, and choose only the synths you want.
 
Then rescan plugins in Sonar.

i'm guessing if you were using sonar 7 it was 32 bit version, and that the version of x2 you're using is 64bit.  install the 32bit version of x2, which will install the 32bit vstis and then open your sonar7 projects in 32bit x2.
