Nevermind - it was available in the Canadian store, but it seems that Maverick is no longer supported!
 
Screw them, I'm not upgrading. If I do, six months from now I'll be so frustrated with the poor performance of my DAW that I'll have to buy a new computer.
 
Did I ever mention that I really, really, really hate the way Apple does things since Cooks took over?
