Hello out their  , I am having a problem Updating Sonar after having to reinstall the software the problem is re registering and then I am being told I am not the original customer which is preventing me from updating I need to update so that I can finish the last project I have been working on , I had to change my Email and password this is their issue and they have not responded to my first message explaining what I must do. This is what I get after putting the registration number in ( The serial number has already been registered but it appears to be registered to another customer ) I am definitley the original customer can some one please help , Regards Simon

Running Windows 7 or higher ?
Try running as Administrator.
 
Some how I doubt that's whats wrong though.
Have you tried going to your accounts page and checking the serial ?

Make sure you are using the email you used to register it originally.

Re-registering is not what you should be doing. If you registered it once, you would have been given a registration code. Use the same code to activate the software every time you re-install it. If you did not make a note of the code you can see it on your "My Products" page.
