Maybe it's just me, but today I noticed that my Internet Explorer (v.9) will not let me "turn off" tracking protection on this site.  I can't recall that ever happening on any site before.  I can still turn it off on a dozen other sites that I visited, but not here. 
 
I did some more testing and if I disable all tracking protection lists except for "My Personal List"  I am able to turn it off.  I wonder if cakewalk is doing something different behind the scenes on the forum.

Tracking protection in IE appears as an option under the Tools>Safety>Tracking Protection... menu.  You can select to subscribe to various tracking protection lists (Abine Tracking Protection List, for example) which block ads and other annoying tracking cookie behavior.  It's usually very effective at blocking stuff on web pages, and easy to turn off (when you want) from the address bar in IE.
