Cool playing....loved the tone...and more wardrobe changes than a Dolly Parton concert....

So... in the dressing room one night, between sets, the drummer says.... I saw a snake in the garden today and went to chop it's head off, but the dang thing bit my hoe....
without missing a beat, the bass player says, "did you have to carry her to the hospital?"

Now that was entertaining.  Tasty licks and a bit after 3 min, you shredded a bit.  I want a shed now.  I'd probably have to get rid of the pool to fit it.  Your video really kept me involved wondering what you'd wear next and how the shed progressed.  Wayne, I really enjoyed this project.  So, is Doug related to you?

Wayne,
I was torn between watching the shed being built and you playing the guitar, LOL.  Great stuff.  It sounded fantastic and was entertaining.  You get a +100 for creativity and humor on this one.  Continued good luck on your shed endeavors.

Wow thanks for the cool comments. Hadn't been on much as I still have a few things to do on that shed.. shelving and wiring. No I don't think it calls for a sequel.

The video was shot live in front of a green screen. Wardrobe choices were made to match what I really wore doing the work. (disclaimer, I did not wear the same underwear).  I shot 4 or 5 passes of video while recording into sonar and though I did have to sync the video, no finger syncing was involved.

Doug Seven is not related other than numerically coming after me. Or maybe he is, considering my real name is Severson, which I think sever means seven in Norwegian. (contemplating a video of building a family tree).

He is however a gracious human being and has some interesting shape based instructional lessons, mostly on chicken picken. Any way you can learn what you need to know is a good thing.

Tone came from that Les Paul being plugged into a Mesa Boogie Formula pre amp, using the record out to the interface, added a splash of verb from the Lexicon Pantheon and a dash of delay from Blue Tube's Oil Can.

This was all about fun and just knocking something out. I could have fixed a few things and cleaned up some noises etc. There's a time and place for all that, and a time to just be real... Glad you all have enjoyed it :)

Wow!  I've always liked your playing and style, and this time you knocked it out of the park.

Once again thank you all for enjoying and communicating you did. Nice to know you get my humor too (everyone doesn't) . I've had 3 offers for me to build a shed so far, not one asked for guitar.   hmmmm what's that say?

Today is my Thanksgiving as my GF had to work Thurs....   So I give thanks :)
