He felt bad that he's been so busy that he hadn't finished my final custom yet.

My guy has some builds he's had in the shop for a long time and he hasn't finished them yet too. And he feels bad about it as well.
 
Unfortunately the guy in question is just me being really, really lazy. 

Well, as they say, persistence pays off eventually while laziness pays off right now.

I'm almost done with the book on Jerry Garcia ... reading it all is kinda strange, being that I was in Santa Barbara from 1971 to 1982 and a lot of that stuff was happening all around us.
 
In some ways, when I got to SB, long hair was a fad, and smoking gaga was also a fad, bucking was also a fad ... so dropping most of it, was not an issue. SB, later, became known as Channel Diesel and Channel Federale, and it was time to leave!
