Hi Gilera, I have been to the page before, it says BUY NOW or UPGRADE, surely I can't upgrade since I don't have any version of Sonar, if I select BUY NOW, it asks new customer - find a dealer? I don't have a dealer in my country or nearby country, therefore, will this method allow for fully licensed digital download? Regards PradoG

BTW you can upgrade to X2 even if you don't own Sonar. You just need to own any of Cakewalk products (and have registered it with them). What's the cheapest Cakewalk product? Maybe you can buy that first  

IIRC you have to buy the boxed version the first time. Only upgrades are offered as download. Check out thomann.de, Amazon or some other dealer that will send you the box. I know Thomann is really quick and ship more or less world wide.
