Julian, there are no new presets to load. They are talking about the ones you already have.

Thanks scook, the OP sounded like there were two. I guess it is about time for something new, huh?

There have been two sets of presets. One out in December called the "TH2 Producer Content Pack"; a zip file containing the Produer-Jazz.xml preset file and a collection of IRs. The other one came out in January called "TH2 Producer Bonus Presets"; a zip file containing three XML preset files, "TH2 Producer Bonus Bank 1.xml", "TH2 Producer Bonus Bank 2.xml" and "TH2 Producer Bonus Bank 3.xml" I believe your post in the software forum got the January file "TH2 Producer Bonus Presets" installed.

If so, thats twice we have had TH2 presets.....

This is the first one that was part of the Content club. The other was just a freebie for no reason. So don't bite the hand that feeds you...

Yeah Groove3 access was the best freebie yet, worth 100,000 loops or presets (although I didn't say no to those either).

I would like to see more Dim Pro, Rapture and Z3TA patches in the future though.

For whatever it's worth, anyone w/ a Facebook account who liked Pro Tools Expert (like yours truly) got that same free pass. And I suspect that there were other similar page offering the same kind of deal...

It's kind of like the exclusive deals on Ozone for Sonar users - a generic deal, warped up as an exclusive gift. ;)

Shocking! I'm going to unlearn everything I've learned so far

You mean, kinda like the Softube Sat Knob being free for S1 users? ;)

Well you guys had the head start on that one, didn't you? I seem to remember Sonar was the first to include it, by a long shot.

And it still isn't available in Logic. ;)

We had to pay for it. It was part of the 'Expanded' package.

Not sure if it's free now or what since Expanded is now part of X2 at no charge.
