Hello,

All cakewalk staff, and users.

Over the last few weeks I have finally found how powerfull and how easy it can be to use sonar x1

This is connected to a course I am taking online but they use another daw , but its making me look deeper into sonar for tools / processes that are the same albeit slightly different ways of going about some tasks.

So with help from seasoned users , the developers and the webinars my first professional tune is coming together nicely.

Still to try x2 but x1 is fine for now

That's great to hear. If you need some more help, we have free videos on CakeTV:

http://www.cakewalk.com/CakeTV/SONARU.aspx

Many of them are about SONAR X1

Also, when you upgrade to SONAR X2 Producer before Feb. 28th, you get a free Groove 3 30-day pass. Something to keep in mind if you are thinking of upgrading to SONAR X2. I am glad to hear you are enjoying SONAR X1.

Hi,

when the Powerbok for X2 will be available in german, I bought one immedately!
Until this will happen, I watch the videos and enhance my english alongside.

T. Finkbeiner

P.S.:
What about a german forum, maybe managed by employees of Roland Germany!
For example Steinberg has also a forum for german and international users.

Hi Timo... thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, the Power books are only available in English.

Best regards,
Scott
