You need to find out what background services are interrupting the CPU then sort that out.

You should try reinstaling the audio drivers aswell get on to Tascam and find out why your asio drivers dont work.... but from the Dpc checker its your back ground services causeing the problem because the latency was very very high with no sonar running

You need to get that sorted first

I don't have time to read back through your other threads so if you've already been told this excuse my repeat. It would have been the first advice given.
go here  and download the new drivers for windows 7-  32 or 64bit,  which ever you are using

http://tascam.com/product/us-144/downloads/

With out the correct drivers you will have the problems described. You also need to follow Norries advice and get rid of those spikes.
There is nothing wrong with the equipment you have,  That is a good interface and plenty of people use it without a problem. You just need to set it up correctly and you'll be good to go. Your almost there don't give up :)
Plan of action
1. Uninstal drivers for Tascam
2. Carefully install the version needed for your OS- do not use anything but! Pay attention to the 32 bit or 64 bit fact.
3. Go to device manager and disable all internet, wireless card and battery management ( if a laptop)
4. Optimize computer by cleaning it up and defraging. For audio its best to have under 50% of drive used, it's good to have 2 drives but not required if the computer is not full of crap already.
5.Go to control panel /audio devices and make sure the Tascam is default devise and proper ins and outs are selected.
6.Go to the Tascam control panel and make sure the firmware/ driver version is what you installed. Check settings etc.
8.Open Sonar and go to audio options and check that ASIO is the mode and under audio drivers the Tascam shows as the in and out.
9. Under MIDI options select the Tascams MIDI in and out, do not check MS wavetable or on board sound card.

I have always had that problem so I got a usb output device and played through it. no more pops and crackles. I first Got a Focusrite Saffire 6 USB Audio Interface and have used it for about a year now. Sounds great. Have no idea why sound goes out perfect through usb but the sound card can't handle it. Lately I bought a Zoom R8 for the road so to speak and have used the USB mode successfully also. With the Zoom I can also record the inputs on Sonar Prduce 7 Audio tracks.

Three years later. Sorry for slight delay... Turn off your Internet net connection. Turn off your Anti-virus. Turn off maybe any other other junkmail, like anything in your start-up. Only record audio when you have this all setup. You will now be fine. See ya.
