Export is out of time

When I export to wave (using "What you hear" option), the resulting wave file has screwed up the timing of the tracks. The harmonies are lagging and leads are a bit off. Any idea why?
Thanks.

No.
You need to provide a bit more information.
Start by listing your FULL system specs.
Then give us an idea of what's in your project.
Finally, you need to list every setting in the Export dialog box.

Sounds really odd (assuming that the project plays fine when you're not exporting).
I'd route everything to Master bus and use that as the export source.
As mentioned above, additional info is needed.

Is it MIDI? Or time based FX? Are you using fast bounce?
Depending on your answers to the above, you could try setting BounceBufSizeMsec to zero. It's in preferences - audio - configuration file.

you should use Entire mix or main outs as your export source. It also sounds like this is a configuration issue and maybe even a sound card drive issue. do you have a recommended sound card? I hope your not using the onbaord card.
Anyways, you need to insert allot more info into your thread, if you want more helpful help.

Thanks guys. These are all audio tracks with EZdrummer as the drum track. I am running Sonar X2 on a desktop with 8 gigs of RAM and a pretty fast processor. The "soundcard" is a Roland quad-capture via USB. Export WAS fastbounced and unsure if ant effects are time-based. It seems only the last two tracks are afoul (both harmony tracks). They seem to be getting stretched upon mixdown. I did try exporting just the master with same results. I also noticed a strange "V" symbol in the upper-right corner of a few of the clips (no idea what it is or what it means, but seems random. I'll try the suggestions first. Perhaps just delete these tracks and try again?

That means it's a VVocal Cip. Did you use VVocal?
Is it just these clips that sound wrong?

I figured it was vvocal, as I did run it on the harmony tracks. Just strange that it seems random. Still, timing was off even upon freezing the track. It is almost like they are being played at different tempos. Yes.. just the two harmony tracks export wrong.
